Have you ever been told that the way you breathe is wrong?
No body told us that we breathe wrongly. Usually, we breathe from the chest, from the upper part of our body. We have forgotten by time and habit the natural way we were breathing in our early age. The right breathing is like that of children. It is a deep breathing from the stomach and down of it.

Breathing from the nose; while taking breathe to the inside (inhale), we try to enter the air till reaching the stomach and down of it; therefore, we pump up our stomach to fill it with the needed quantity of oxygen. When we breathe out (exhale) we also try to blow out the air from the stomach and down of it in a deep and slow way; therefore, we push inside our stomach to get rid of the maximum of carbon dioxide which is harmful for the body.
Through practice and habit, we will start breathing in such manner instead of the usual way most people breathe nowadays. This right breathing in its own will help you concentrate more than before and feel better relaxed. By just changing your way of breathing, you will feel a big change in your life.
